2012 Green Gardening Workshop: Honing the Sustainable Edge
Meet the challenges of sustainable landscapes and efficient watering!
This workshop includes: the benefits of and steps for transitioning to sustainable, livable landscapes; landscape maintenance plans to help avoid typical landscape failures; practical IPM strategies for weed control; and a 3-hour session in Spanish on weed identification and less toxic weed control. This workshop is especially for landscape managers, owners, design, installation, and maintenance professionals.
You have the option of attending the full day workshop ($25-includes lunch) or for the half-day ($10- morning or afternoon session only). The Spanish track is free of charge.
Pesticide recertification and continuing education credits will be offered.
