Out of the Box Theatre Co. presents Neil Simon's 45 Seconds from Broadway
Out of the Box Theatre Company presents an Equity Showcase Production of Neil Simon's hilarious take on behind-the-scenes action in the entertainment world. 45 Seconds from Broadway is set in a coffee shop nicknamed the "Polish Tea Room" (inspired by midtown Manhattan's Café Edison, a 45-second walk from the Broadway Theater District). The main character, Mickey Fox (based on comedian Jackie Mason), and the zany characters who surround him come to find this coffee shop a home away from home.The production will include OotB's signature use of live musical interludes to enhance the action.

Lin Snider directs, with Justin Bennett as assistant director/musical director.

The cast: Amelia V. Anderson, Shirley Brevard, Stephanie Byer*, Jonathan Cantor*, Susan Case*, Peter J. Coriaty*, Roger Fawcett*, Larry Gutman, Stephanie Haring, Paul Helou, Lisa K. Hokans, Jay Aubrey Jones*, Barbara Marks, Donna Lee Michaels, Aaron Scott*, and Sally Sherwood*.
