Theater of War: Hercules in Brooklyn
This program is free and will take place in the Grand Lobby of Central Library. Seating is first come, first served.
Hercules in Brooklyn is a dramatic reading of scenes from Euripides' Madness of Hercules,an ancient Greek tragedy about an unthinkable act of violence committed by an angry man with an invincible weapon. After the reading by acclaimed actors Paul Giamatti and Jeffrey Wright, the audience will the social impacts of gun violence.
