Fermented Pairings Series Vol. 10: Beer & Coffee
This event will be the tenth installment of our on-going Fermented Pairings Series. Did you know the first modern roaster for malt was inspired by the drum coffee roaster? With similarities in production from fermentation to roasting; compare a flight of four beers paired, infused, or matched up with the perfect coffee equivalent. Coffee and beer experts from Ozo and White Labs will lead this guided flight while explaining the history of these beverages.
