Japanese designer, curator, author, educator and design thinker, Kenya Hara, has created groundbreaking design solutions for countless globally renowned companies, organizations, and events, including the French luxury brand Kenzo, the '98 Olympic games, and the Japanese lifestyle brand Muji, for which he has served as art director since 2002. Throughout his career he has adhered to a singular approach to designone focused on inquiry, investigation and exploration and one that champions thinking, rethinking and re-imagining in a quest to discover new ways of seeing.
