Enoversity: Germany and Austria
At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2016, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.
In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.
Farmers and winemakers have been headed north up the west coast for decades, finding wonderful pockets of prime grape growing territory in Washington and Oregon. The southern neighbor, with less sun and cooler weather, makes Burgundian styles Chardonnay and Pinot, while the Northern neighbor makes Bordeaux styles Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This will be a fun class! Enoversity is an intimate setting, so we limit each class to 10 people. We apologize in advance if a session you would like to attend is full, but if you have a group wanting to come, we can certainly create a class just for you. Please email Amanda Herrell at amanda.herrell@ihg.com with an questions or concerns.
We'll see you soon!
