St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Albany presents a concert on Sunday, November 6th at 4 pm featuring Boxwood Festival soloists Chris Norman, flutes, pipes and vocals, and David Greenberg, baroque violin and fiddle. This year they are joined by Derek Tam on harpsichord in a program which includes 18th-century Scottish composers such as James Oswald, William McGibbon, and Niel Gow, as well as Purcell, Veracini, and a healthy dose of traditional music from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia and Scotland.

Chris Norman, flutes, pipes and vocals, is the founding director of Boxwood Festivals in Canada and New Zealand. He is one of the great performers of Baroque and Traditional music in the world today. He is joined by the incredible David Greenberg, an equally astounding versatile player of Baroque violin and fiddle. The amazingly versatile and talented Derek Tam, harpsichord, is well-known to Berkeley audiences as a keyboardist and conductor, Music Director at First Congregational Church in Berkeley and Conductor of the Berkeley Community Chorus.
