Long Shadows Winemaker Dinner
Named 2016 winemaker of the year at Seattle Magazines Washington State Wine Awards, Gilles Nicault has served as director of winemaking and viticulture at Long Shadows since its inception in 2003. Join Gilles for an extraordinary winemaker dinner featuring some of the most sought after wines in our state, and currently sold out in most vintages!
As the resident winemaker overseeing daily operations at Long Shadows winery, Gilles works with a group of celebrated vintners from around the globe who are the best in the world in their individual winemaking styles.
The evening will start with a champagne reception and appetizers followed by a six-course meal. Each course will be paired with Long Shadows wine including Poets Leap Riesling (Armin Diel), Saggie Super Tuscan Style (Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari), Chester-Kidder Red Wine (Gilles Nicault), Pedestal Merlot (Michel Rolland), and Sequel Syrah (John Duval).
Schedule: 6:00pm: Reception with Passed Appetizers 6:30pm: Six-Course Dinner Begins 9:00pm: Event Concludes
