Broadmoor Technical Center has partnered with the James Beard Foundation in continuing the "KC Originals/James Beard Chef Lecture Series." Each year we will be soliciting some of the nation's top chefs, inviting them to participate in our lecture/mentoring program. Passed Apps 6-630pm Dinner 630-830pm

Passed canapes -Wild mushroom and quinoa fritters with truffled herb aioli -Bacon and asparagus wrapped scallops -Fried bacon & scallion deviled eggs Menu: -Chanterelle and pumpkin soup, Parmesan crisp -Maple cured & smoked salmon with Malone salad , warm bacon vinaigrette -Rosemary & brown sugar braised pork cheek, parsnip purée -Seared venison & foie gras, sweet corn flan, ragout of vegetables, foie gras sauce -Apple & pear tarte tatin, Vanilla bean ice cream
