How DO YOU SPELL HOPE?
URT's celebrated family show celebrates the power of literacy. Weaving together live actors, gorgeous puppets, live music and a fascinating stage set designed as a giant theatrical pop-up book, the play tells the true stories of three people who overcame great obstacles to learn to read: a young Frederick Douglass, a teenage star athlete who overcomes dyslexia, and a contemporary immigrant family.
After nearly twenty years as ACA's resident theater company, URT is moving to the new Central Square Theatre in Cambridge. Don't miss this special opportunity to send off URT in style and say farewell and thank you to a community treasure!
