Importance of a Risk-Value Based Business Strategy
The last four years have dramatically changed the landscape for many design firms, with construction revenues off 35% from normal projections. Some firms have taken actions driven by economic conditions that are inadvertently impacting performance, quality, increasing risk, and even blocking progress forward. This session will identify strategies that are helping firms succeed today as economic conditions begin to improve. Most importantly, this session will identify the importance, benefits and key aspects of a risk-value based business strategy.
