Champagne and Sparkling Wines
Sparkling wines have traditionally been considered special occasion drinks, yet their delicate flavor makes them some of the most versatile wines to accompany food. Discover how these wines have become more accessible for everyday enjoyment in a lecture and tasting with chef and sommelier Brad Owen.
There is an average of 11-14 different wines discussed and sampled throughout these wine classes. There will be food items, such as cheese and bread, served along with the wines.
