Pinocchio - Based on the Book by Carlo Collodi / Written & Directed by Lisa L Garcia
In this updated version, filled with all the things that entice and distract youth today, Pinocchio learns there's more to life than things and false friends, and in the process learns what having a 'Real' family and love, are all about.
Today's youth face many challenges, among them: fitting in, making friends, standing up, and standing up for what one truly believes in. Add to this, all the temptations thrown at youth today, and we find Pinocchio: A young person who not only needs to belong, but who needs a sense of permanency, love, and belonging to those who "REAL"ly and truly ARE Family.
