This comedy from 1946 is a custom made cure for the weariness of this election season. A bullying businessman, a corrupt politician, a drunk lawyer and a showgirl walk into a hotel. It's business as usual for Washington DC until the businessmen hires a reporter to educate his showgirl girlfriend. A little knowledge changes her and the status quo of government.
Our shows are performed semi-staged with scripts in hand and actors moving among the audience. The bar opens at 7:00, one hour before the play starts, so bring your dinner and make a night of it. Stay after the show to mingle with the cast and your friends until we shut the place down at 11:00.
Buy 8 tickets in advance, and we'll reserve a table for your party so you're guaranteed seats together. Online ticket sales end at 2 pm on the day of the show, but ticket availability at the door will be posted on our website (www.verseandvodka.com).
PLEASE NOTE: Brown Paper Tickets will not let you buy "Pay What You Can" tickets on mobile phones. Please use a different device or contact us to make arrangements.
