Beatrice and Benedick are destined to be together, but theres just one problem - they despise each other. Their friends conspire to trick them into falling in love with a few little white lies. Meanwhile, young Hero and Claudio are deeply in love until a vengeful lie threatens to tear them apart - on their wedding day. But thanks to some lucky sleuthing by one of the most inept officers of the law ever to cross a stage, things may yet turn out well in the end.
"Much A-DiscO" is set in a late 70's club, and features plenty of dancing, bellbottoms, platform shoes and all of your favorite disco tunes by the Bee Gees, Donna Summer, KC and the Sunshine Band, The Village People, and more! So put on your boogie shoes, and come get down with CST!
The Children's Shakespeare Theatre (CST) is a local company that produces classical theater for children and families at venues in Rockland County, NY. The Knaves is the name of the younger division of CST with children aged 8-14, and The Rogues is the teen division comprised of high school kids. This production is performed by The Rogues and is part of CSTs eighteenth season!
