Arts Gumbo 2016: Main Event
What better way to build cultural understanding between people of diverse backgrounds than through sharing art, food and celebration? That is the goal of our Arts Gumbo series, now in its 15th year. In 2016, we present a multi-day celebration: Pan Africa, Pan Arts. We will explore the collective emerging culture that exists for Africans who have immigrated to the NW.
Targeted to families of diverse cultures, Arts Gumbo provides audiences with the opportunity to celebrate local cultures through music, dance, visual arts, food, books and discussions.
All Arts Gumbo events will be held at Rainier Arts Center 3515 S Alaska St. Seattle, WA 98118
