JOWE HEAD
Legend of British experimental rock, Jowe Head joined the Swell Maps in 1973 recording and performing alongside Epic Soundtracks and Nikki Sudden. The band released two forward-thinking LPs unlike anything else Britains punk/post-punk canon, and a slew of singles before disbanding in 1980, influencing an army of acolytes to follow. The 1980s saw him issue solo material as well as music with the Palookas, the Househunters, and also as a member of the great Television Personalities from 1984-94. He has continued to create formidable solo material ever since, mostly playing around Britain.

ANDY HUMAN & THE REPTOIDS
With punk energy, a new wave sense of economy, and the tap of power pop, these guys fold in Roxy Music, Devo (both the art and the pop sides), early Eno, and Pere Ubu, while making sounds that are very much their own. Raven Sings the Blues has called Andy Human's Freeze album ...a wobble of weird that makes the candy coating delightfully astringent...digesting Devo and Gary Numan through a faded VHS glam punk hangover and knocking the results crisply out of stacked speakers.
