Pitmaster Dinner

Carey Bringle, The man behind Peg Leg Porker in Nashville will join The Fox Bros in serving up a special four-course dinner for guests on Saturday, July 28 at 7 p.m. The pit masters will come together at Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q to create a delicious barbecue feast.

For $65 per person, guests will enjoy a four-course, all-you-can-eat dinner. The meal will kick off with a variety of delicious snacks and starters. For the main course, Bringle has designed and built his own vertical smoker from scratch to smoke a whole hog for 24 hours with hickory in traditional West Tennessee style. Topping off the meal will be a dessert inspired by Goo Goo Cluster out of Nashville, Tenn. Guests will also enjoy live music by Alick Gerard and The Dixie Limited.
