Mr. Kannappan will discuss the latest statute and rule changes affecting the professional engineering community. The presentation will cover professionalism, code of ethics, continuing education requirements, conflict of interest, 2011 Texas legislative session bills on practice of Petroleum Engineering, Engineer/Architect Overlap, Sunset Commission Proceedings and Windstorm inspection, updates on National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), including computer based testing.
