Alison Cook Beatty Dance Company Performance Series- Milford, CT
Come join Milford native, Artistic Director, and Choreographer Alison Cook Beatty and her dance company, ACB Dance Company, for an exciting performance series at the Milford Center for the Arts.
Alison Cook Beatty started dancing at The Lee Lund Studio of Dance and went on to study at The Boston Conservatory. Upon graduating, she danced with Taylor 2, and The Paul Taylor Dance Company, among other prestigious dance companies in NYC. She currently teaches at The Joffrey Ballet School and is thrilled to be starting her own dance company and coming back to her home town for 3 performances, and to be teaching a free master class to dancers!
ACB Dance Company will be performing several dances across a spectrum of modern dance movement and music, showcasing the beauty of the human spirit overcoming adversity, the healing power of the arts, having fun, and bringing the community together at large! This is not a show to be missed.
Light hors d'oeuvres and beer/wine/refreshments will be served at intermission.
