A road trip film like no other, and second in Araki's Teenage Apocalypse Trilogy, The Doom Generation established Rose McGowan as a rising star in her role as Amy Blue, a potty-mouthed, hot-Goth-slut character. Floundering in a boring relationship with her high school sweetheart Jordan White (James Duval), Amy is swept up by the white-hot drifter Xavier Red (Johnathon Schaech) when he escapes from danger by falling into her car. Embarking on a crime spree across America, the trio begin to form more intimate relationships with one another as they encounter a bizarre cast of characters, played by the likes of Parker Posey, Margret Cho, Perry Farrell, and Skinny Puppy, who all swear they know Amy.
