Tea Lab
Join Angie Lee of 1001 Plateaus and Linda Louie of Bana Tea Company for this intimate, hands on, lab which investigates the many factors that can affect tea. Topics to be explored include what really happens when you change the water source or brew using different temperatures and what is so bad about a tea bag or a metal strainer ball? Does the harvest season matter? What is a tannin? Why should I not follow the instructions printed on so many packages?
