Fermented Pairings Series Vol. 12: Infused Cheeses
This event will be the twelfth installment of our on-going Fermented Pairings Series. Join us while our Certified Cicerone and Education Coordinator Erik Fowler and Brother Provisions own Cheesemonger Kate walk you through the expansive world of infused cheeses which will match perfectly with the holiday season.
This event will be formatted slightly different and will cover how to set up a cheese pairing at home for family and friends. You'll learn tips and tricks on what to look for when pairing and how to best serve and set up your own tasting!
Guests will also leave with samples of the cheese tasted during the class.
