MANHATTAN SHORT Film Festival Returns to Rockland!
10 short films each under 15 minutes in length selected from 844 entrees from 52 countries.
One World * One Week * One Festival Screenings will be held in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, South America,Central America, Canada, the Middle East and the USA.
YOU ARE A JUDGE! Everyone will be handed a voting card. You select your favorite film. The winning film will be announced on Monday, October 3. Many previous films have gone on to be Oscar nominees and winners.
