Deaf and hearing-impaired visitors are invited to join one of the special docent led tours of the Fenyes Mansion with a sign language interpreter. View the original period furnishings, family heirlooms, and a unique California plein air art collection in the 1906 Fenyes Mansion. The Beaux Arts-style residence on Pasadena's famed Millionaires Row was once home to Dr. Adalbert and Eva Scott Fenyes.
Docent-led walking tours of the Fenyes Mansion include:
-The history of the Fenyes-Curtin-Paloheimo family -Their collection of art and furnishings -Millionaires Row architecture and the architects Robert Farquhar & Sylvanus Marston -A glimpse into life in Pasadena more than a century ago
Tours require walking, standing, and going up and down steps. Tickets include admission to the current exhibitions, Batchelder: Tilemaker and Cast & Fired: Pasadena's Mid-Century Ceramics Industry. Advanced reservations required as space is limited.
