The beloved restaurateur fed people for more than 30 years. When she closed her restaurants doors in 2013, it made headlines across the country. Now, the famous dishes that people came to love at Inas are showcased in her new book, Inas Kitchen. Interspersed with delicious recipes is a heartfelt memoir of Jewish cooking and hospitality.
