Vince Guaraldi. We all know the sound of this mastermind pianist and composer when we hear it. With a heavy bossa nova influence and groovy pop stylings, one can easily pick out the music that was written for the Charlie Brown cartoon specials.

Join pianist Donovan Johnson and his quintet for a special afternoon of jazzy nostalgia on Sunday, November 27th at 1pm as they recreate the sounds of this great musician. The concert is an annual Omaha favorite, featuring great music, door prizes, and audience participation. Held at the Joslyn Art Museaum, this year's show will feature Steve Gomez, bass; Michael DeLuca, drums; Ed Archibald, sax/flute; Michael Pujado, percussion; and Donovan Johnson, piano.
