When Pamela Means [;singer-songwriter and jazz musician]; picks up her guitar and begins to sing, a listener doesnt forget her. She possesses musical attitude and purpose (Steven Winters, WSHU). Means, with her mad guitar-and-vocal skills (Time Out New York) has toured throughout the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia, winning awards, delighting audiences and intriguing critics with the unflinching honesty of her lyrical poetrymatched by the striking skill of her guitar playing (Muruch.com). This fall, Means will release her eighth album, the highly anticipated Plainfield. Its a solo acoustic, live-in-studio collection culled from 100-plus songs written during a self-exiled tour sabbatical in Plainfield, Massachusetts.
On the release of her debut album, Deeper Waters, The Boston Globe dubbed singer and songwriter, Laura Vecchione, a bluesy songstress and proudly proclaimed, Vecchione is all ours. Laura has recorded with multi-Grammy-award winning producers, opened for major label artists, and has had her songs featured on national radio and television. A Boston resident, Laura travels to Nashville between teaching and playing. She is excited to debut songs from her upcoming third studio album, Love Lead, her first fan-funded album and first studio album in almost eight years, at the Chevalier Theater.
