PFAClassic w Chef David Sapp at Park Kitchen - Collab with HOLDFAST
PFA continues its PFAClassic series with a return to Park Kitchen, one of the inaugural sites for PFA in 2010. We celebrate the 14th year of the Restaurant that has won many accolades since its opening in 2002. Park Kitchen's Scott Dolich has mentored some of Portland's best chefs, including current Chef David Sapp, who will showcase a six course menu with pairings at this PFA, along with dishes from Will and Joel from Holdfast, and drinks from Adam Robinson from Deadshot, Holdfast's sister pop-up. You'll also have the chance to break bread with Chef Dolich and Will Preisch and Joel Stocks of Holdfast, who also worked for Chef Dolich while honing their skills to be some of Portland's best chefs.
This intimate dinner will be something you won't want to miss, and will feature a talk about some of PK Chefs favorite places, including a gift certificate to Deadshot, the new Monday night event at the kitchen where Holdfast occurs. Also, a little incentive to return to Park Kitchen, and we'll have more goodies in store to enhance the value of your seat.

PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY: Tickets are refundable with a $20 per seat service charge up to October 21, 2016. After that, they are non-refundable, but fully transferable. Call 503 395-5900 to change the name of the reservation, if for whatever reason you choose to give the ticket to someone else.
