Chefs in the City is a celebration of the culinary arts, fine wine and beer from the region. Guests will enjoy beverages, hors doeuvres and desserts as they mingle with professional chefs, restaurant owners, vintners, brewers and friends.
Your participation in this unique event will help hungry kids and families in Kamloops. The children of Kamloops are the future of our region, but unfortunately some of them struggle to get the nutrition needed to grow strong. For the past 8 years the Rotary Club of Kamloops has hosted a very successful event called Chefs in the City, that has raised over $250,000 to fund many community programs, focusing on support and proper nutrition for underprivileged children in Kamloops. We have also provided the TRU Foundation with bursaries to assist financially strapped Culinary Arts students.
