Szigeti Sparkling Wine Dinner

As longtime fans of the Austrian Sparkling Wines from Szigeti, Stefan and Victoria Trummer had a hard time finding the "Sektkellerei" (Sparkling Wine Cellar) in Burgenland, Austria last March. The unassuming entrance did not prepare them for the incredible tasting and tour of the winery making sparkling wines in the Méthode Traditionnelle from a total of 12 different varietals. After the tasting, it was decided that Peter just had to come to Trummer's on Main to host a dinner!

Join us for this special wine dinner with our friend and fabulous winemaker Peter Szigeti. The dinner starts with a standing reception and hors d'oeuvres and then moves into a four course dinner, each course paired with one of Szigeti's sparkling wines. The menu and details are below.
