Arts Heroes - Create Spokane Costume Ball
The Arts Awards recognize the accomplishments of artists, arts and cultural organizations and local individuals committed to enriching our community through the arts. Create Spokane Arts Month will culminate in a Costume Ball, a festive way for Inland Northwest innovators to come together and celebrate the creative diversity unique to our region.
Arts Awards will be presented on November 5th at the Create Spokane Costume Ball at the Washington Cracker Building and is sponsored by the Inlander, Terrain, Overbluff Cellars, River City Brewing and more. The live program will feature performances by some of the arts innovators producing work here in the Spokane region. Artists featured include Abby Crawford, Liz Rognes, Fitz, Divine Jewels, Vytal Movement Dance Company, D.X. Pryme and more to be announced.
Peppered throughout the program, we will be revealing the winners of the 2016 Arts Awards in the categories of leadership, inclusion, imagination, and innovation. It is going to be a spectacular evening, and will be filled with an abundance of our local creative geniuses and entrepreneurs. This is a fundraiser for Spokane Arts programs. Tickets are $25 advance, $35 day of/door. Doors are at 6:30PM, program begins at 7:30PM. Festive attire is encouraged. This event will sell out, so get your tickets early!
