Len Cabral is a Rhode Island hero, telling stories to all ages for over forty year. With folktales from around the world to life, including those from his Cape Verdean heritage, Len has traveled the globe sharing tales of courage, compassion and humor. Len received the Pell Award this spring for his contributions to the arts community. Bay Spring Folk is a Barrington band that plays "eclectic folk" , a mix of traditional American and original material. With great vocal harmonies and instrumental work, they were nominated for Best Folk Act and Best Americana Album in Motif Magazine's 2013 Music Awards. Kim Trusty Kim has been a fixture on the RI music scene for twenty years known for her soulful pipes and great songwriting, she is one of the best singers Rhode Island has. Whether its a jazz standard, a blues number, or one of her originals, she can bring the house down with her voice and guitar. Ken Lyon a 2012 RI Music Hall of Fame inductee, Kens long career charts the history of American music for the last fifty years, from Greenwich Village to national touring to his time with the great Tombstone Blues Band. A consummate bluesman and rocker and accomplished songwriter, when you listen to Ken, youre experiencing a legend. Bill Harley singer, songwriter, author, storyteller, Bill Harley has been performing in Rhode Island for over 35 years, entertaining both adults and children around the world with his trademark humor and insight. A two time Grammy winner, Harley weaves song and story together into one rich, deep fabric.
