Doo Wop Hop!

Come one come all to the Doo Wop Hop! The GBVS fall event is headed back to the 1950s for some good old fun! The evening starts at 4pm with an outdoor car show and vintage vendor festival. There will be free snacks and refreshments for you to enjoy, as well as some other surprises. At 6pm take a break and enjoy dinner with new friends at some of the great local eateries within walking distance in Newton Center.

Then at 7pm well start the main show indoors with a free dance lesson by Hop to the Beat Studios. The Doo Wop Deville band goes on at 8pm. Expect great tunes from this band, they are an accomplished group with a big following! They will be playing a mix of doo wop, rock and roll, and jump blues which should make just the right mix for our swing and blues dancers! There will be a free twist dance contest and other fun activities during the night!
