Orphans to Ambassadors Winter Gala
Come join us in raising funds to support orphanages in war torn areas around the world. The event starts at 6pm until midnight at a wonderful location in West Seattle. We will be serving appetizers, dinner, dessert and drinks and will be featuring a live and silent auction. We invite you to come learn about Orphans to Ambassadors and how you can change the lives of orphaned children. The attire for the event is cocktail attire. Orphans to Ambassadors, a small, Seattle-based 501(c)3 non-profit is hosting the second annual winter fundraising gala on December 8, 2012. We will be raising funds to support our mission of improving the lives of orphaned children in war torn areas of the world through technology and education.
Last year's event was a huge success as we had the support of over 40 local businesses and individuals who came together to raise $27,000 enabling us to support eight orphanages. This year we are setting our goals higher in order to support more orphanages and touch the lives of more children. We need your help to reach our goals.
We aspire to raise $50,000 to support thirteen orphanages through the installation of solar technology, rain water harvesting systems, water filtration systems, fuel efficient stoves and vegetable and livestock projects in 2013. 100% of donations received during the event will go toward the projects we support.
