Practicing for an Active Birth
Pregnant couples are invited to join Neri Life-Choma for an active birth childbirth. Pregnant mothers are invited, with or without their partners, to s practice a variety of labor support tools for birth; breathing, positioning, massaging, guided imagery, relaxation and more. Neri has been practicing as a childbirth educator and a birth doula since 1998. In Israel Neri initiated a hospital-based doula support program, and founded a birth resource center called Mama Center. In 2002 Neri relocated to Silicon Valley with her family, and continued guiding hundreds of couples in childbirth education classes and supporting couples in childbirth. In addition, Neri directed a birth resource center in Palo Alto. She has continued her education and is a hypnotherapist and life coach. Neri integrates the coaching strategies in her work with expectant couples and in the doula training programs that she leads.
