Walter Potter Kitten Wedding Exhibition Opening Party: Champagne, Costumes, Music, Auction and Fun!

Please join us to celebrate The Wedding of the Century--the 19th century, that is--as we welcome Victorian taxidermist Walter Potter's masterwork The Kittens' Wedding to The Morbid Anatomy Museum! Completed in the 1890s, The Kittens' Wedding was Walter Potter's final tableau, and the only one in which the animals were dressed.
Attendees will be among the first to see the kittens in their US premiere. They will also enjoy champagne and cocktails with the nuptial couple and their guests; be eligible to win prizes in our costume contest (think Walter Potter, cats, taxidermy, and/or wedding!); hear about the pieces from the collectors and curators behind the show; take part in a special silent auction of one of a kind taxidermy and natural history pieces from the collection of J D Powe; and enjoy the DJ stylings of our own Friese Undine!
