Pregnancy and Nutrition- lecture with Yael Dror
Join us for a Hebrew lecture with Yael Dror, nutritionist . Yael will discuss the recommended nutrition and diet during pregnancy.
Yael Dror is a clinical dietitian with an M.Sc in Physiology from the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University.
She served as Nutrition Manager at Medix Sports Medicine Center in Tel Aviv, providing personal advice to professional and amateur athletes.
Yael has worked with groups of professional athletes in Israel (swimming, athletics, Triathlon, gymnastics, tennis, basketball, handball, volleyball, etc.).
She has extensive experience in nutritional consulting for children and youth, specifically for youth in sports.
Yael prepares people for sports competitions and challenges: marathon, relay races, triathlons, iron man, trans-alps, national championships, ultra marathons and more.
In the past, Yael was member of the Israeli national athletics team for 10 years, representing Israel in numerous competitions both in Israel and abroad.
She was national champion for 5 year and twice a champion of the Maccabia Games
