The home includes 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, and a large open courtyard with a pool that has a glass bottom open to a wine bar and lounge located in the basement. Extra amenities include a home theater, game room, gym and two kitchens. Some eco-friendly aspects include full solar (PV and water), water retention and treatment via bio-filters, and locally sourced materials. This project has completed its framing stage. Attendees will see a fully framed structure.
