Join us for a screening of the eye-opening film A Place at the Table. The screening will be preceded by a community potluck, please bring a dish to serve at least five people!
After the film we will hear from a panel of people working in the realm of hunger awareness, food waste and the issues around nourishing our communities with good quality food. They will talk about how the issues affect us here and what we can be doing to help.
Presented by Transition Berkeley, Slow Food East Bay, BFUU Social Justice Committee, and the Ecology Center.
RSVP or drop-in -- tickets will also be available at the door.
