Pizza Seminar: Forest Owner Legal Issues
Forest owners face unique legal issues, especially when it comes to protection from liability. What if someone gets hurt on your property? Does it make a difference if they are an invited guest vs. trespasser? What if one of your trees falls across the property line and causes injury or damage to a neighbor? What sort of liability insurance should a landowner carry? What if theres a hazard tree on your neighbors property that threatens your housewhat can you do?
