Music: The Aliya Cycon Project The Aliya Cycon Project is inspired by Arabic instruments, melodies, rhythms, and culture, with musicians from six different countries. Cycon uses her highest reverence for the Arabic tradition to expose her style in her compositions and performance, as well as to blend the elements of the musical cultures represented by her band members. Her music aims to salute the Arabic tradition, as well as to step just outside of its rich and colorful borders.
