Diet Cig with Free Cake for Every Creature and Idling
Diet Cig has been a front runner for everyones favorite new act this year. They are a pop rock band from New Paltz, NY, fronted by Alex Luciano with Noah Bowman of Earl Boykins (Forged Artifacts) on drums. Their debut EP, Over Easy, was released digitally and on cassette in 2015 with the support of Father/Daughter Records. They then released Sleep Talk, 7 on Father/Daughter in the US and Art Is Hard in the UK last fall. Diet Cig is currently finishing up their debut LP to be released early next year on Frenchkiss Records.
Their live performance is what they are best known and admired for. Theyve captivated audiences and critics alike with their sets full of energy, high kicks, and dance-a-longs; they perform every song with a manic gleam, bouncing all over the stage. The slop pop duo have cemented their names in the hearts of fans worldwide.
