Chicken Processing at Pete and Jen's Backyard Birds
Spend the morning with theMOVE as we help Pete and Jen through the process of slaughtering and processing their free range, organic chickens. We will carpool from Boston. In addition to the morning session (7:30-12:30p), participants are encouraged to stay for the afternoon session (1-6p) to finish the process of preparing the meat to go to market. $8 for members, $12 for non-member, scholarships available upon request.
