Jeff Mattson is pleased to announce an exclusive acoustic evening exploring original material mixed with the occasional re-creation in the intimate, seated environment of The Acoustic in Bridgeport, CT. Mattson will be joined by long-time collaborators, rhythm guitarist Tom Circosta (Zen Tricksters), and Rob Barraco (Dark Star Orchestra) on bass to showcase their combined decades of experience within realms of the heartfelt and legendary, playing on the tradition of the Grateful Dead.

Jeff Mattson (guitar, vocals) is a master of eclectic styles. Lead guitarist for Dark Star Orchestra, and the Donna Jean Godchaux Band w/ Jeff Mattson, Jeff is a founding member of the legendary jam band, The Zen Tricksters.

A veteran of over 30 years on the road, Jeff is a guitar wizard whose playing ranges from rock & roll to blues, bluegrass, country, jazz, and folk, with a healthy dose of psychedelia. Jeff is also a strong original songwriter and his work is prominently featured on five original albums, including several pieces co-written with band mate Donna Jean Godchaux and one with Rob Barraco
