Please join us at Spruce on Monday, September 12th for a wine dinner with Banshee, a California winery started by three friends in 2009. Noah Dorrance, Baron Ziegler, and Steve Graf all worked in different facets of the wine industry and founded Banshee with the goal of making great wine at a more accessible price point. While Banshee doesn't own any of their own vineyards, they have long-term farming contracts on several pristine plots of land, primarily along the extreme Sonoma Coast. The wines are excellent, pure expressions of the coastal California terroir and will pair beautifully with a menu crafted by Chefs Mark Sullivan and John Madriaga. Noah Dorrance will join us from Banshee to guide us through the wines.
