The singletail whip is the epitome of sadomasochistic play. These tools can bring drama, visual pleasure, amazing sensation, and even thunder when wielded with skill. TailStrike will be hosting a practice meet with a number of whips to try out and hold an introduction to whips for those new to the art. Beyond just the play itself, the muscle memory learned while becoming adept with these tools will translate to flogging and improve coordination.
You do not need to be a member of The Spot to attend any class practice meet.
All prospective throwers should wear loose fitting clothing. A few safety glasses will be provided but we strongly urge you to bring your own. Many also prefer gloves when throwing.
Instructor:
TailStrike attended his first munch in 2009 and received his first whip as a Christmas gift. He soon became addicted to the crack and practiced at a furious pace. Fortunately he worked out a logical progression of skills and soon purchased his first pair. Florentine whip movements remain a favored play style. Along the way he has taught or presented singletail classes for such events as Northwest Leather Celebration, Club Xs educational series, The Destination in Sacramento, The Casa De Chaos, and Santa Cruz Kink on the Beach. He has demonstrated whip technique at several Folsom Street Fairs for the SF Citadel, The Santa Clara Leather Associations Leather Weekend, Leather Land at San Jose and Leather Alley at San Fransiscos Gay Pride Events.
