Erin Go Baroque (Northwest Cellars)
Back by popular demand! Celebrate St. Patrick's Day by enjoying great Irish and Scottish baroque and traditional music - NO drunken hordes, NO nasty green beer. Fiddler and Irish whistle player Michael Albert (Portland, ME) and champion Scottish fiddler Brandon Vance (Seattle) join harpsichordist and cittern player Henry Lebedinsky for a new program of trios and sonatas by O'Carolan, Roseingrave, Mackintosh, MacLean, and Oswald along with traditional tunes from three centuries. There will even be dancing. Slainte!
This exceptional program is blended with a tasting of five of Northwest Cellars' award-winning Washington wines. $25 admission includes the wine tasting - a great value! Seating is limited, advance ticket purchase recommended.
