7th Sausage & Beer Festival

Join us for our 7th Annual Sausage & Beer Festival at the historic Highland Springs Ranch & Inn.

August 20-21, 2016
11 am - 7 pm

The event features 14 breweries offering 30 beers on tap (most of the beers are from craft breweries in the Inland Empire and nearby surroundings). With several food booths available with all food prepared by our onsite restaurant, The Grand Oak Steakhouse, the festival is sure to offer a tantalizing taste bud treat.

Sawtooths 3-part Harmonies will fill the air with live performances throughout the festival, on both days.

A variety of stage games for all ages with prizes:
Ice Cream Eating Contest
Chicken Dance
Beer Tasting Contest
Stein Holding Contest (separate Men and Women's challenge)
Pie Contest (fishing candy out of a whipped cream pie pan)

The Children's section will offer:
Arts & Crafts
Games (Wild Card Musical Chairs, Potato Sack Race, Egg & Spoon Race)
Bouncy Castle

Guided tours on a horse-drawn wagon will be available. Meander past one of our lavender fields as far as the thousand-year old oak tree and back. Tours last approximately 15 minutes during which your guide will present information about the history of the ranch and current preservation efforts. $5 adults, $4 children.

Free lectures related to brewing, pickling and more are scheduled on-site (TBD).

The Organic Galleries, a row of themed farm boutiques housed in historic cottages, will be fully open for visitors to browse. The cute shops feature one aspect of our farm (i.e. Lavender Shop, Honey Store, Tea Shop, etc.) and also includes a cafe, lemonade stand and ice cream store. It's a unique and pleasant experience.
