Brews n' Chews 3
Brews n Chews 3 is an annual neighbourhood house party/pop-up pub night that takes place on September 16th from 7:00-10:00pm at Gordon Neighbourhood House in the West End of Vancouver.
As the largest event of the West End Food Festival, Brews n Chews is a highly-anticipated celebration of local food and drink. Last year the event was a 90s themed mix and mingle, with mad fresh eats, and hip happily beats by DJ Teyshan, and tickets quickly sold out.
This year the event will be bigger and better than ever. Following a sold out Pride party that we held in July with over 160 people, Young Ideas is excited to begin planning our keystone fall event in partnership with Black Lives Matter Vancouver. Tickets will be $5 which includes snacks and one beer or non-alcoholic drink. Additional drinks are only $3.50. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Vegetarian options will be made available.
All proceeds from Brews n' Chews 3 support Young Ideas (a volunteer group that aims to connect neighbours between the ages of 20-39) at Gordon Neighbourhood House.
Buy your tickets early, as they are sure to sell out. Brews n' Chews 3 is a 19+ event and requires 2 pieces of ID (including one government issued photo ID). GNH is wheelchair accessible, and has gender neutral, single room bathrooms. Participants are encouraged to reduce the use of scented products such as cologne and perfumes.
If you are interested in volunteering, or cannot attend due to a lack of funds please contact youngideas@gordonhouse.org for more information.
A huge thank you to our sponsors Watson Goepel LLP, Steamworks Beer, Three Farmers, and the City of Vancouver for making this event possible.

We acknowledge that we are on the unceded, occupied, ancestral and traditional lands of the Swxwú7mesh (Squamish), Xmkwym (Musqueam), and Slílwta (Tsleil-Waututh) nations. It is important for us to also recognize the historical and ongoing colonial genocide against Indigenous peoples that make it possible for us to be here as settlers.
